Cellulite is the fat layer that collects under the surface of the skin and cause a dimpled appearance. It appears most often on the hips, thighs and buttocks.

- Add plenty of fruits, vegetables and fiber to your daily diet
- Drink plenty of water to keep your body well-hydrated
- Workout everyday to burn fat and maintain good muscle, strong bones
- Try to maintain your healthy weight, avoid frequently gaining or losing weight
- Don’t smoke
