Here are a few recipes on healthy snack drinks to guarantee your nutrition and keep your stomach full without letting in the extra fat.

    Strawberry Lemonade

    This is a great way to refresh your day. You can drink as much as you want without feeling guilty about the sugar taste.

    • ½ cup fresh strawberries
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon raw cashews
    • 1 large date, pitted
    • ½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
    • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 3 ice cubes

    Avocado and Pear

    You can never go wrong with avocado, one of the power fruit with richest oil and pure vitamin.Once pair with pear, the taste is very soothing.
